We posted on July 7, 2024, that Tobey appeared to be dating Lily Chee - a 20-year-old model slash actress; however, per Jennifer Meyer, Tobey’s ex-wife, Spider-Man and the Lily were not having an age-gap relationship.
In response to hkello3’s Instagram comment: “Why is your ex husband banging someone 3 years older than your daughter[?]”, Jennifer commented (naively) that Tobey was “kindly helping a friend to her car”. (Emphasis added) And that Tobey was simply being a “good guy” to the young model.

However, it’s safe to confirm that Maguire is in fact involved in an age-gap relationship with Babette Strijbo - a 24-year-old model. Reslen wrote:
He’s into younger women after all.
Tobey Maguire was seen making out with a model who is 25 years his junior – despite his ex-wife, Jennifer Meyer, claiming it was “nonsense” when he was linked to another young woman last month.
The “Spider-Man” star, 49, was photographed going for a dip at a private beach in Sardinia, Italy, Wednesday with 24-year-old Babette Strijbos, who flaunted her fit physique in a tiny, tan two-piece bikini.
At one point, Strijbos tightly embraced the “Pleasantville” star in the water as they shared several kisses.
They also stared longingly into each other’s eyes and appeared to have a laugh together while conversing.
At the time of this post, Jennifer has yet to comment (naively) on Tobey and Babette’s age-gap canoodling.
