Reality TV Star Luann de Lesseps: Lost Teen Virginity to 'Older' Man in Car at Prom!

Page Six posted: "'Late bloomer' Luann de Lesseps details losing virginity to 'older' man in car at prom" (June 7, 2024) In the post, Caroline Blair wrote that Luann de Lesseps, a former Real Housewives of New York City, shared with Bustle that she lost her virginity in a car when she was 18 on prom night to Jim whom was older than Luann. And to the dismay of the naive, the age-gap affair was Luann's idea. 

Luann de Lesseps’ prom night was straight out of a teen movie.

The “Real Housewives of New York City” alum shared that she lost her virginity the night of her high school dance when she was 18.

“I calculated it. We had sex in the car, which is so prom. Jim was older than me, but he was very handsome and sweet. I thought he was the perfect guy to lose my virginity to because he was good-natured. So that was a great experience, actually. Then it just went on from there: the love affair with boys,” she told Bustle in an interview published Wednesday.

Luann didn't say how much older Jim was, but Page Six's headline referred to Jim as an older man, which may be based on the fact that Luann said that after she lost her virginity to Jim, she had a "love affair with boys" (i.e., she started having sex with boys).

Interestingly, in the Bustle piece "How To Get Laid, According To Luann De Lesseps" (June 5, 2024), Luann shared with Samantha Leach that she considered herself a late bloomer for not having sex until she was 18.

No. I was a late bloomer. I didn’t feel confident in my teens [...]  So I didn’t really have a boyfriend or have sex until I was 18 years old.
