Emanuela Orlandi: Teen (15) Kidnapped for Vatican Sex Parties?

Back in 2013, I went to the Theater for the New City in the East Village to see Mario Fratti's The Vatican Knows. The play was loosely based on the 2012 New York Times (May 14, 2012) article "Crime Boss’s Tomb Is Exhumed for Clues in Missing Girl’s Case", which is about the kidnapping of 15-year-old Emanuela Orlandi.

Emanuela Orlandi

According to Times, there are three theories about what happened to Emanuela:
1. One theory is that she was kidnapped on the orders of an American archbishop, Paul C. Marcinkus [d. 2006], a former president of the Vatican bank, who was linked to a major Italian banking scandal in the 1980s.

2. Others cite an anonymous phone call the Vatican received weeks after Emanuela’s disappearance, demanding the release of Mehmet Ali Agca, the [alleged Islamic extremist] gunman who shot Pope John Paul II in St. Peter’s Square in 1981, in exchange for her release.

3. Lastly, in 2005, an anonymous phone call to a television program implied that Emanuela had been kidnapped as a favor to Cardinal Ugo Poletti [d. 1997], who in 1983 was the vicar general of Rome. The caller also mentioned that Emanuela's kidnapping could have been related to the Italian mafia. (The BBC (14 May 2012) reported that the girlfriend of Enrico De Pedis, an Italian gangster, claimed that De Pedis kidnapped Emanuela in an effort to extort money from the Vatican.)

However, none of these theories mention why Emanuela was targeted.

Approximately a week after the Times' article was published, another shocking theory was published in The Telegraph (22 May 2012) and The Huffington Post. Per The Telegraph, Father Gabriele Amorth, the Vatican's 85-year-old chief exorcist, confessed that 15-year-old Emanuela was kidnapped, forced to participated in Vatican sex parties, and then killed and discarded.

Father Amorth confessed:
"This was a crime with a sexual motive. Parties were organised, with a Vatican gendarme acting as the 'recruiter' of the girls. The network involved diplomatic personnel from a foreign embassy to the Holy See. I believe Emanuela ended up a victim of this circle."

Most recently, Netflix posted Vatican Girl: The Disappearance of Emanuela Orlandi (2022), which is a four part documentary series about Emanuela's kidnapping. The Netflix documentary referenced some of the theories that the Times piece mentioned like a possible link between Emanuela's disappearance and Agca.

In addition, the Netflix series theorized that Emanuela's kidnapping may have been linked to the Italian mafia, the Pope, Poland, and blackmail, because, allegedly, John Paul II borrowed money from the mafia to fund the Solidarity political movement in Poland.

Taking all the theories into question, one has to ask, "But why was Emanuela targeted?" Per Emanuela's friend, who shared with the Netflix documentarians, a high ranking member of the Vatican slash someone close to the Pope tried to sexually seduce Emanuela, which may explain why Emanuela was used as leverage in the blackmail schemes against the Vatican.

Surprisingly, Father Amorth's assertion that Emanuela was kidnapped to participated in Vatican sex parties was not mentioned in Fratti's play, in the New York Times piece, nor the Netflix documentary.

TAN Digest: Teen Ellen Sexually Assaulted, Moby's Teen Date & Teen Hides Man in Attic

In an example from the dark side of nympholepsy, TMZ reported that Ellen Degeneres shared on David Letterman's My Next Guest Needs No Introduction (Netflix) that when she was 15 or 16 she was sexually assaulted by her step-father.

"She claims her stepfather waited until her mom was out of town and told her he needed to feel her breasts because he'd found a lump in her mom's breast and needed to check hers."

However, we suspect that Ellen is under-sharing, because as we posted previously, almost every single (butch) lesbian was sexually abused (i.e., raped - typically by a relative) as a nymphet.

Moby shared in his memoir, Then It Fell Apart, that Natalie Portman initiated a relationship when she met him backstage after an Austin show. He wrote deceptively that she was 20, but he also shared that the seduction took place in 1999. Rolling Stone and Wikipedia confirms that Portman was 18 in '99 and Moby was 33.

Moby wrote that after he told the famous nymphet, "We're going to New York in a few days. For the VMAs" She responded, "I'll be in New York too. Can we meet up? Unsurprisingly, they did.

Portman was the jeune seductress, but Moby has been repeatedly labelled a creep. For example, Dodes wrote in her Vanity Fair piece "Unreasonable Doubt" that the photo that Moby posted on Instagram with his arm around Portman as proof of their relationship only proves "[...] that Moby is creepy."]

Nicole Darrah reported for Fox News that a Tennessee man was accused of secretly living in a family's attic. But it was no secret to the family's 14-year-old nymphet who welcomed the man into her room after hours.

The age-gap pair had previously attempted to run away together and before he "moved in", the nymphet would often beckon him "[...] to talk about her emotions".

Surprisingly, the man was only charged with trespassing.

The Link Between Incest, Teen Sexual Abuse & Lesbianism

Barret related in her book Invisible Lives that Sarah Pearlman, a therapist based in Boston, said, “In clinical practice you see a higher incidence of [sexual] abuse and incest among lesbians.”

According to Loise Kaplan Pd.D, a New York City based psychoanalyst and author of the book Female Perversions, in approximately 98% of cases of incest, the father sexually molested the young daughter. Moreover, as Joan J. Johnson shared in Teen Prostitution, the incest could have involved the step-father, brother, uncle, cousin or grandfather.

Although every victim of incest is not a female, according to the book Juveniles in Prostitution: Fact vs. Fiction, seven out of every eight victims of incest are females.

And the reported numbers are unbelievable. Kincaid wrote in Erotic Innocence: The Culture of Child Molesting that Kahr reported in "The Sexual Molestation of Children: Historical Perspectives" that was printed in the Journal of Psychohistory 19 (1992): 193:
"[...] in Berlin the molestation rate among contemporary schoolchildren is 80 percent, and in England 90 of women reported childhood sexual abuse." Faller's wrote in her Department of Health and Human Services report, Child Sexual Abuse: Intervention and Treatment Issues, that up to 62% of American girls were sexually abused.

Ellen DeGeneres

Despite the fact that it is uncommon for sexually abused victims to reveal their abuse, some lesbian celebrities have confessed to being molested.

People magazine reported that Ellen DeGeneres shared that she was molested by her mother's third husband while DeGeneres’ mother was in the hospital for a mastectomy. Ironically, the abuse started under the guise of giving Ellen a breast exam.

Anne Heche

Anne Heche, who had a four-year lesbian relationship Ellen DeGeneres, wrote in her memoir, Call Me Crazy, that she was sexually abused by Donald Heche - her father.  She wrote, "He raped me [...] he fondled me, he put me on all fours and had sex with me."

Rosie O`Donnell

Rosie O`Donnell shared on the Howard Stern Sirius XM satellite radio show that her father began molesting her at the age of six.

Virginia Wolf

And per the book Secret Lives of Great Authors, Virginia Wolf was molested by her step-brother.

Marie Osmond

On The Talk, Marie Osmond (openly) made a connection between sexual abuse and lesbianism. Osmond confessed that after being sexual abused at ≈ 8-years-old, she thought that she was a lesbian:
"When I was about eight or nine, I actually thought I was gay. The reason is because I had been sexually abused to the point that men made me sick. I didn't trust them, I didn't like them. I was looking at women and I thought 'why am I looking at women? I must be gay.'"
Miley Cyrus

Osmond was responding to Miley Cyrus' Instagram Live statements where Cyrus implied to her followers that she was a gay because of failed relationships with men:

“There are good men out there guys, don’t give up.”

“You don’t have to be gay,” she added as Simpson used the heart eye filter on his screen. “There are good people with d— out there, you just gotta find them. You gotta find a d— that’s not a d—, you know what I mean?”

Unsurprisingly, Dwight Garner wrote in his New York Times' review of The Incest Diary
"You can’t swing an umbrella in the celebrity memoir section of your local Books-A-Million without hitting one that recounts sexual abuse at the hands of a father, a brother, an uncle or a stepfather. Incest is a fact in many lives; it must be written about."
Ironically, according to Nancy Friday's My Secret Garden: Women’s Sexual Fantasies some women fantasize about being raped. For example:
Gail was almost raped in her boyfriend’s best friend's car when she was a nymphet, now that she is an adult, she "frequently" fantasizes about being raped.

Stephanie fantasizes about very young girls being raped "by a mad professor" who decides whom he was going to rape by examining "their sexual apparatus".

When Alison was fourteen, she had an "unusual relationship with a close girlfriend." For example, Alison's girlfriend would dress her in a sexy bikini made of chiffon scarves, before she pretended that she was a "rowdy seaman" and raped Allison.

And since Bella was eight-years-old, her father had always been her "fantasy lover during masturbation".

And just as unsurprisingly, the allure of nymphet rapes slash incest is used as entertainment to sell books and stream movies. For example, Orgy Maid by Robert Silverberg, Don Elliott (pseud.) is yet another example of art imitating life. In the novella, while her husband is away completing his third year at Yale, 12-year-old Lonnie Garth, who is described as being five-feet-five with honey blonde hair and big blue eyes, is continuously raped by her brother-in-laws; sometimes one at time and at other times, simultaneously via double penetration. (Lonnie's drunken father-in-law forced himself upon her as well.)

Eventually, just like a number of women confessed to in The Secret Garden, Lonnie fantasized about being raped by her brother-in-law. For example, in the novella it states: "[...] deep down, she had wanted to be raped by Gary Holston, she had wanted to be known by some man not her husband, somebody with Gary's elemental ferocity and force."

Consequently, 12-year-old Lonnie even began to relish lipstick lesbian sex after her brother-in-laws forced her to have sex with a "slim, sixteen-year-old redhead named Peg Marron" who had "[...] lavishly voluptuous buttocks of a Rubens nude".

Orgy Maid is considered by some to be in the vintage sleaze genre, but the author, Brooklyn born and Ivy League graduate (B.A. in English Literature from Columbia), Robert Silverberg, is a multiple winner of the Hugo and Nebula Awards.

And staying in the "art imitating life" motif, here's the description posted on IMDB for the film Daddy, Darling (1970):
A young Danish girl (Helli Louise) seduces everything in sight after daddy (Ole Wisborg) refuses her naughty come-ons. She'll have a lesbian affair with her teacher, pretend that her teenage boyfriend is dear old dad and finally get to her stepmother (Gio Petre)

The IMDB description for Wicked (1998) states:
"14-year-old Ellie Christianson (Julia Stiles) wants to make her father Ben her love partner. And when her mother Karen turns up dead, Ellie has a good opportunity."

And here's the IMDB summary written by Claudio Carvalho for Mimi (1979) [Italian: Un dramma borghese]
The fifteen year-old Maria "Mimmina" Luiza leaves the boarding school in Genève to stay in the Bechten Hotel nursing her father, the widower writer Guido [...] Along the days, Guido recovers from his illness and Mimmina has a crush on him and tries to seduce her own father. When her roommate and best friend Therese [...] comes to the hotel to visit Mimmina, she has a love affair with Guido with tragic consequences.

Interestingly, Charles Casillo shared in Marilyn Monroe: The Private Life of a Public Icon that Marilyn Monroe confessed that she wanted to: "[...] put on a black wig, pick up her father in a bar and make love to him."

I Love Dick (s01e03)

On Amazon's I Love Dick (s01e03), Toby visits Devon to apologize for getting her fired. Previously, we posted that Toby was a nymphet when she was "touched" by her father and began watching pornography. Thus, it's no surprise that she referred to Devon, a butch lesbian, as "Daddy" before she said, “I want to suck your big cock.” (As of episode 4, the I Love Dick writers hadn't revealed Devon sexual history.)

Unfortunately, it is well-known that nymphets are sexually abused by non-relatives as well. For example, The Guardian reported that US soldiers [allegedly] raped fifty-four Colombian nymphets and The Telegraph reported that 15-year-old Emanuela Orlandi was allegedly the victim of a Vatican sex party.

Lastly, the majority of lesbians, not lipstick lesbians, but homosexuals - both female and male were sexually abused as children. (Note: We're not implying that sexual abuse leads to or causes homosexuality. We're only sharing that there's a prolific and strong link between child sexual abuse and homosexuality.) And as we wrote earlier, the abusers are often close relatives.

Thus, there are at least three types of men in relationship to hebephilia\ephebophilia:
  1. Inactive hebephiles\ephebophile
  2. Active hebephiles\ephebophile who have lawful consensual relationships with nymphets e.g., marriage
  3. Active hebephiles\ephebophile who have unlawful consensual and non-consensual relationships with nymphets e.g., (secular) [statutory] rape and incest

WHAT MR. MATTERO DID: Sexually Harassed and Abused Nymphets?

In Priscilla Cummings' What Mr. Mattero Didthree seventh-graders, Jenna, Suzanne and Claire, informed their principal that Mr. Mattero, the music teacher, had molested them.

I was immediately suspicious of their accusations, because most victims of sexual abuse never report being harmed. They may mention it to a friend but rarely to their parents or to the authorities. In addition, according to Joan J. Johnson's Teen Prostitution, in most cases, sexually abused nymphets are victims of incest. In other words, nymphets are most commonly molested by their fathers or step-fathers, and in some cases their brothers, uncles or cousins are the abusers.

That is exactly what happened in What Mr. Mattero Did. Phoebe, another middle schooler, confessed to Claire that she was sexually abused by her step-father. Phoebe confessed to Claire, because she thought that Claire was a victim of sexual abuse as well.
"You're the only person I've told," Phoebe said. "'Cause you've been through it, Claire. So you know what it's like. It's one reason I wanted so bad to be your friend. Because, like you'd understand."
But Phoebe begged Claire not to report the abuse to her mother or to the authorities.
"Please don't tell anyone, Clair. Please don't." Phoebe said.
Of course, all reports of sexual abuse should be aggressively investigated, but just like in Mr. Mattero's case, the accused should be considered innocent until proven guilty.

In addition, students who falsely accuse teachers of sexual harassment or abuse should be disciplined (i.e., expelled). It's not enough for a falsely accused teacher to be allowed back into the classroom.

Furthermore, teacher's should be able to send students to "Rubber Rooms". For example, the next time a student commands a teacher to suck her dick, which is something that occurs in schools in New York City, that student should be disciplined the same way that a teacher would be disciplined for telling a student to SMD.

THE YOUNG ONE (1960): A Racist Rapes a [Teen] Nymphet

In Luis Buñuel's The Young One (1960), after he was falsely accused of rape by a white woman, Traver, an African American musician, fled the city, via a stolen boat, to a Carolina island that was inhabited by Miller, a racist beekeeper, and Evalyn (Key Meersman), an orphaned nymphet.

Initially, Miller attempted to capture Traver and hand him over to the racist authorities; however, Miller had a change of heart after Rev. Fleetwood discovered that Miller seized Evalyn's virginity.

Surprisingly, Evalyn was portrayed as being completely unaware of her sexual allure - even after Miller repeatedly caressed and attempted to kiss her and even after Traver warned the 13-year-old about the allure of a nymphet.

Jonathan Rosenbaum wrote in his review of the film, which he titled "THE YOUNG ONE: Buñuel’s Neglected Masterpiece", that the film wasn't well received:
"The New Yorker accorded Buñuel’s film a dismissive paragraph, the big Manhattan dailies were hostile, and, according to Buñuel, “A Harlem newspaper even wrote that I should be hung upside down from a lamppost on Fifth Avenue….I made this film with love, but it never had a chance. American morality couldn’t accept it. It hardly did any better in Europe and even today, it’s hardly ever shown.”"

However, despite the film's eroticizing of a nymphet, it was (unsurprisingly) nominated for a Palme d'Or and received a Special Mention at the 1960 Cannes Film Festival.

The Young One (1960) was loosely based on Peter Matthiessen's "Travelin' Man".

And interestingly, Meersman played the seventeen-year-old wife of a middle-aged man in Arturo's Island (1962) [Italian: L'isola di Arturo].

MUSTANG (2015): The Eroticizing and Sexualization of Turkish Nymphets

Deniz Gamze Ergüven, Mustang's (2015) co-writer and director, stated in a Huffington Post interview:
“For me, it’s very important to look at the world through the eyes of girls. In cinema history we have always been looking at the world through the eyes of men,”

“For some men, if they don’t have sisters, they really can see women as objects.”
But that is exactly what Ergüven did in Mustang. She objectified the nymphets.

Mustang reminded me of Sinclair's Hollywood Lolita and Kincaid's Erotic Innocence and Child Loving: The Erotic Child and Victorian Culture. Those books, like The Allure of Nymphets, analyze the eroticizing of nymphets in the arts and that is what, in part, Ergüven has clearly done.

For example, Lale, the youngest sister, who was played by thirteen-year-old Günes Sensoy, has her white cotton panties exposed while she frolics with her sisters. Later in the film Lale stuffs her satin and lace bra before she seductively parades her enhanced cleavage around the apartment.

Just like the nymphet in La Niña Santa (2004), who had teen anal sex with her cousin to preserve her virginity, one of the girl's in Mustang informs her sister that she had anal sex with her boyfriend to preserve her virginity.

In addition to the raunchy teen behavior, the film briefly explores the dark side of ephebophilia as the middle-aged uncle has sex with two of his young nieces late into the night.

We weren't surprise to learn in the Huffington Post piece that Ergüven had the nymphets watch Lolita to prepare for their "sexually explorative" roles, that James Franco opined in his Indiewire review that the Turkish film was "the best film of the year", and that, due to the allure of nymphets, the film has won and has been nominated for a number of prestigious awards including an Academy Award nomination for the Best Foreign Language Film. (See Fig. 1.)

Mustang (2015) Cast

Lastly, the plot summary on IMDB states:
"When five orphan girls are seen innocently playing with boys on a beach, their scandalized conservative guardians confine them while forced marriages are arranged."
But the marriages weren't "forced", they were arraigned. Furthermore, the first orphan to be married was very happy to be marriage to the boy that she had been having anal sex with. It wasn't that the other sisters didn't want to get married, they just didn't like the men that were arraigned for them.
